Design policy

Ownership of Designs: All designs created by PatriotThreads remain the intellectual property of PatriotThreads. Clients may use these designs solely for the purposes outlined in their agreement with PatriotThreads.
Non-Responsibility for Used Designs: PatriotThreads cannot be held responsible for any consequences arising from the use of designs once they have been delivered to and accepted by the client. This includes any legal issues, copyright infringements, or disputes that may arise from the client's use of the design.
Client Approval: It is the responsibility of the client to review and approve designs before they are finalized and used. PatriotThreads will not be held liable for any dissatisfaction or issues arising from designs that have been approved by the client.
Face Design Disclaimer: Designs featuring human faces are subject to the client's responsibility to obtain appropriate permissions and releases for the use of any individuals' likeness depicted in the design. PatriotThreads will not be held responsible for any legal consequences resulting from the use of such designs without proper consent.
Modification and Adaptation: Clients are not permitted to modify or adapt designs created by PatriotThreads without prior consent. Any modifications made without authorization may result in termination of the client's license to use the design.
Indemnification: Clients agree to indemnify and hold PatriotThreads harmless against any claims, damages, or losses arising from the client's use of designs, including but not limited to third-party claims of copyright infringement or unauthorized use of likeness.
Policy Updates: PatriotThreads reserves the right to update and amend this design policy at any time without prior notice. Clients are encouraged to review this policy periodically to stay informed of any changes
