2. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

We only offer refunds or replacements in the following cases:

• Printing Errors – If the design is misprinted, off-center, or incorrect.
• Defective Items – If the product arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect.
• Wrong Item Sent – If you receive the incorrect product.

To qualify for a return or refund, you must submit a request within 30 days of receiving your order.

3. How to Request a Return or Refund

To initiate a return or refund request, please follow these steps:

2. Provide your order number and include clear photos of the issue (e.g., damaged product, print error).
3. Once approved, we will offer a free replacement or issue a refund to your original payment method.

4. Return Method

✔ By Mail (if required) – In rare cases where a return is necessary, we will provide return instructions.
✔ No Return Required – In most cases, if the issue is verified, you do not need to return the product.

5. Refund Processing Time

• PayPal – Refunds are processed within 24 business hours.
• Credit/Debit Cards – Refunds typically appear within 7 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.

6. Shipping Costs & Restocking Fees

• No Restocking Fee – There are no additional fees for eligible refunds or replacements.
• Return Shipping Costs – If a return is required, we will cover the shipping cost for defective or incorrect items.

7. Free Shipping Orders

If a refund is issued for an order that originally qualified for free shipping, and the refund brings the total order value below the free shipping threshold, the shipping cost may be deducted from the refund amount.
